Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs):
  • Develop tailored ILPs for each participant based on their specific needs, abilities, and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with the subject matter expert to align technical training with individual educational goals.
  • Adaptive Teaching Strategies:
  • Implement specialized teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
  • Modify instructional materials, if necessary, to suit varying cognitive abilities and sensory preferences.
  • Behavioral Support and Guidance:
  • Offer behavioral support strategies to address challenges that may arise during the training.
  • Provide guidance to participants in managing stress, anxiety, or any other behavioral concerns.
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Regularly assess participant progress and skill development.
  • Collaborate with the subject matter expert to adapt training methods based on individual progress.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between participants, their families or caregivers, and the subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with the subject matter expert to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Resource and Material Development:
  • Create or adapt training materials, resources, and tools to facilitate effective learning.

Collaborative Responsibilities:

  • Regular Coordination Meetings:
  • Schedule regular meetings to discuss participant progress, adjustments to training methods, and any challenges faced.
  • Collaborate on strategies to optimize the learning experience for all participants.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of participant progress, including both technical and behavioral aspects.
  • Generate reports outlining individual achievements and areas needing attention.
  • Participant Support and Engagement:
  • Ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement from all participants.

Qualification requirements

- Masters degree/ PG Diploma in Education /Psychology/ Counseling/ Social work or any such related field

- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and 1 regional language (Kannada/ Telegu/ Tamil) gives added preference

- Excellent Inter-personal skills

- Proficient in MS Office application

- Proficient in Email, Social media, Internet, LMS and awareness of other online learning portals

- Empathetic to work with persons with disabilities

- Person with a positive demeanour, a thorough team-worker with a high degree of emotional and social quotient

- Need to be independent in having proper mobility at their personal disposal

- In good health and practising healthy living practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
