Job Description

Job Title: Buyer - Indirect Procurement

Location:

Department:

Only Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
Monitor order status, ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) posting, and follow up on invoice processing.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice mismatches and payment issues.
Assist buyers in executing procurement transactions and maintaining data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in indirect procurement with full P2P exposure.
Advanced proficiency in SAP MM, Ariba, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process improvement and compliance management.
