Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Spring Boot Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with a focus on building robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot framework. As a Spring Boot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. As a Lead Spring Boot Developer, you will lead a team, design software solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications using Spring Boot framework. Collaborate with developers, product, and project owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Exposure to healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI X12 is highly desirable. Experience in HIPAA-compliant application development. Industry Exposure : Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech. Designing High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) architectures, defining database schemas is a must. Lead code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing. Good to have exposure to Data pipelines and ETL workloads. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. 2+ years of experience specifically with Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
