Spare Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts using inventory management systems.
• Receive incoming parts shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and update stock records.
• Issue spare parts to service technicians based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team to forecast parts demand.
• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed to avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all parts for easy identification and accessibility.
• Handle customer inquiries for spare parts and assist in direct part sales, if applicable.
• Perform regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Maintain records of stock movement, returns, damaged items, and warranty parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for order follow-ups, returns, or claims.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
