Job Description

End-to-end onboarding of SMS, WABA, RCS, Voice Services. Manage Recharges and Credit Limits for the onboarded Customers. First level troubleshooting of the issues related to SMS, WABA, RCS, Voice Services and further coordination with L2/L3 Teams. End-to-end customer handling to provide timely support for the raised issues. Respond to alerts, incidents and service requests related to Above mentioned services.
