About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Spanish PPC Quality Auditor to join our team and ensure excellence across our Spanish PPC travel sales process. If you have strong auditing experience, sharp analytical abilities, and fluency in Spanish & English, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Spanish PPC inbound sales calls for quality, accuracy, and compliance
Assess agent performance on communication, sales effectiveness & process adherenceIdentify skill gaps and improvement areas in call handling & lead conversionDeliver structured feedback and quality coaching recommendationsPrepare daily/weekly quality reports and insights for leadershipCollaborate with operations & training to improve overall conversion qualityMaintain high service standards in both Spanish & EnglishSupport continuous improvement initiatives for PPC sales quality

Requirements

Minimum 1 years’ experience in Spanish PPC Quality Auditor
Fluency in Spanish & English (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of PPC call flows, lead quality & conversion metrics
Experience in call auditing and quality monitoring toolsKnowledge of US travel fares + GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred)Excellent listening, documentation & analytical skillsComfortable working in night shifts
