Job Description

Spanish Language Expert, French Language and German language Expert

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Spanish English communication via calls, emails, and chats

  • Translate and interpret business documents, customer queries, and internal communications

  • Provide language support for international clients and internal teams

  • Ensure high-quality, grammatically correct, and culturally appropriate Spanish communication

  • Support customer service, operations, or back-office processes for Spanish-speaking regions

  • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree

Spanish, French, German language certification B1-B2 level

Spanish, Spanish, German and English

Hyderabad

night and graveyard shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in BPO, KPO, customer support, translation, or international process roles

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer support platforms

  • Good typing speed and computer proficiency

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Experience

  • Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience
