Space and Experiential Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for Design & Conceptualization, Project Execution & Delivery, Client Relations & Business Development, and Innovation & Professional Development as outlined below: Role Overview: You will be tasked with developing innovative and engaging spatial experiences across various projects, including retail spaces, exhibitions, events, and installations. Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions, creating compelling concepts and presentations, and integrating emerging technologies into design solutions will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of the design process, from concept development to final installation, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and fabricators. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and present design proposals to clients. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improve design skills, mentor junior designers, and experiment with new design methodologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in developing innovative design concepts and managing design projects. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in design software and emerging technologies (VR/AR, interactive media, AI).
