Job Title: Spa Therapist (Female)

Reports To: Wellness Head

Job Summary:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a variety of spa and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring a high level of service, comfort, and satisfaction. She must maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and guest care while promoting the spa’s treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, manicures, pedicures, and other wellness therapies as per spa standards.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment.
• Understand guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas at all times.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment, linens, and products before each session.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on new spa techniques and trends.
• Support in spa inventory management and report stock requirements to the Spa Manager.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of various massage and beauty therapy techniques.
• Attention to detail and guest-centric approach.
• Good physical stamina and personal grooming standards.
• Ayurvedic spa treatment is a plus point

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Massage Therapy from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a reputed spa, wellness center, or hospitality setup.
• Knowledge of aromatherapy, Ayurveda, or holistic treatments is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
