Spa therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional spa services and a commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of treatments, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer service, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality spa treatments including deep tissue massage, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermal fillers.
• Perform esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skin care services.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products related to treatments performed.
• Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education.
• Assist with social media management by promoting services and showcasing client transformations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in various spa techniques including hair styling, hair extensions, makeup application, tattooing, and nail care.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a spa environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in med spa settings is preferred, particularly with botulinum toxin treatment and dermabrasion techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge during product demos to encourage retail sales.
• Familiarity with color theory as it relates to hair services is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
