  • Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Scope Definition: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget for IAM, IGA, and PAM initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals that align with business needs and security objectives. Identify dependencies and ensure alignment with other ongoing projects and initiatives within the organization. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project execution, coordinating activities across technical and non-technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability. Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks and challenges related to IAM, IGA, and PAM projects, developing strategies to mitigate these risks proactively. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders, fostering a culture of risk awareness and management. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, ensuring clarity on project goals, progress, and achievements. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Quality Assurance and Best Practices: Ensure that all IAM, IGA, and PAM implementations adhere to best practices and organizational standards for security and governance. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish testing and validation processes that confirm system functionality and security. Implement feedback mechanisms to capture lessons learned and improve future project efforts. Post-Implementation Review and Support: Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure a smooth transition of projects to operational teams, providing necessary documentation and training to facilitate ongoing management. Monitor the effectiveness of IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions post-implementation, making adjustments as needed to enhance performance and security. Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A PMP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in IAM, IGA, or PAM projects. Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, and PAM concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar). Project Management Tools:Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools for tracking progress and managing resources. Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of migration activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope. Track project progress against timelines and deliverables, using project management tools to report on status and identify bottlenecks. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management, ensuring clarity on project goals and achievements. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, fostering collaboration and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all migration processes adhere to quality standards and best practices, minimizing disruptions to business operations. Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing strategies that validate application performance post-migration. Implement feedback mechanisms to capture lessons learned and improve future migration efforts. Post-Migration Review and Support: Conduct post-migration evaluations to assess project outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Support the transition of applications into production, ensuring that operational teams are equipped to manage them effectively. Document project results and create comprehensive reports for future reference and process improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A PMP or Agile certification is preferred. Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on application migration projects and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Technical Knowledge:Understanding of application migration processes, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and related technologies. Project Management Tools:Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello for tracking progress and managing resources. Preferred Competencies:Leadership Skills:Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams through complex migration projects while fostering collaboration. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
