Job Description

We are looking for a skilled South Indian Commis I to join our team, with 4+ years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and cooking various south Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and dosas.

Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.

Collaborate with other chefs to ensure timely delivery of food products.

Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the culinary experience.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a commis chef in a professional kitchen setup.
