Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Commis I located in Tawang. The Commis I will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of South Indian dishes, ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest standards. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, cooking as per recipes, and assisting senior chefs in various kitchen operations. The role requires a strong commitment to food quality and adherence to kitchen safety protocols.

• Hygiene and Culinary Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Formal culinary training or certification is beneficial
