Job Description

As a Cook specializing in continental cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques. Your role will involve ensuring timely and consistent food presentation that meets quality standards. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and refine menu items. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for continental ingredients and supplies will also be part of your duties. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area is crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supervising junior kitchen staff in continental cuisine preparation, while strictly adhering to food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in cooking continental dishes - Strong knowledge of authentic continental cooking techniques - Ability to innovate and contribute to menu development - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations Please note that this job offers food provided and Provident Fund benefits.
