ACCOMMODATION/STAY PROVIDED Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes like dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, and various curries. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet established standards. Menu Management: Contributing to menu planning, potentially developing new recipes, and adapting to seasonal ingredients. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of South Indian ingredients and spices, ensuring freshness and availability. Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Staff Training & Supervision: Training kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Coordination: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
