ACCOMMODATION/STAY PROVIDED

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking:Preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes like dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, and various curries.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet established standards.
• Menu Management:Contributing to menu planning, potentially developing new recipes, and adapting to seasonal ingredients.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of South Indian ingredients and spices, ensuring freshness and availability.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Safety:Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Staff Training & Supervision: Training kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Coordination:Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
