You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of traditional Kerala dishes. Additionally, you will ensure that all meals are prepared and presented to high standards. It will be your duty to develop and innovate new dishes while maintaining traditional flavors. Managing kitchen inventory, procuring necessary ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Kerala cuisine techniques and collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning and special events. - Proven experience as a chef specializing in Kerala cuisine is a must. - A culinary degree or equivalent experience would be preferred. - You should have an excellent understanding of Kerala spices, ingredients, and cooking methods. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required. - Good communication and leadership skills are necessary.
