Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare a wide range of dishes (dosas, vadas, curries, etc.) using traditional recipes and techniques.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation for every order, paying attention to details like spice balance and garnishes.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, organize workstations, monitor inventory, and place orders for fresh ingredients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, especially during busy periods.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food storage, handling, and cooking.
  • Menu Development: May assist in creating new dishes while preserving authenticity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,669.61 - ₹20,495.78 per month
