Job Description

  • Authentic Dish Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and various chutneys, ensuring traditional taste and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Design and innovate menus that reflect the rich diversity of South Indian cuisine, incorporating seasonal ingredients and regional specialties. Expertia
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate with staff, and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage procurement of fresh ingredients, and maintain inventory records to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations. ZipRecruiter
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Training: Mentor and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in traditional South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
