About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and maintain the high standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
• Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency
• Manage and guide kitchen staff
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle inventory, ordering, and food costing
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Support menu planning and new dish development

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine (Indian/Continental—can customize as needed)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for quality food and teamwork
