Position Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will be the backbone of our culinary operations, assisting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen activities, supervising staff, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a vital role in menu creation, food presentation, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure training, discipline, and motivation.
• Maintain consistency and quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support in creating seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
• Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a reputed property.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, international and Indian cuisines.
• Ability to manage and train a team under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,724.22 - ₹40,000.00 per month
