What we’re building: Our vision is to solve a real problem — the lack of authentic South Indian food in North India. We want to build a brand that sets a new benchmark for taste, quality, and consistency, and you will be at the heart of this mission. We started this journey just 6 months ago, and in that short time we have already served over 8,000 customers and generated ₹20 lakhs in revenue . This is just the beginning — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we scale to the next level as pivoting our entire business model to build for the future — and for this next chapter, we are looking for a Chef who can join us as a true partner in shaping what comes next. What this role means: In the early stage, you’ll do everything that’s needed : from developing SOPs and creating new recipes with us, to cleaning, prepping, and handling daily kitchen tasks. As we grow, you’ll grow too — into a Head Chef and Team Leader who runs kitchen operations, trains the team, and sets standards across outlets. You’ll be responsible for innovation, execution, and leadership in equal measure. Who we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience (South Indian food experience is a plus). A startup mindset — no job is “too small.” You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes. Proactive and responsible — we don’t want to constantly supervise; we want someone who takes initiative.
