Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chef at Gather in Raipur. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes. They will also support the Head Chef in ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Plating skills
• Teamwork and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a professional kitchen setting is a plus
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
