Sous Chef/ Executive Chef

Role Overview: You will be joining Mannat Group of Hotels as an Executive Chef/ Sous Chef with a preference for Indian Cuisine. Your role will involve overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the culinary team to innovate new dishes.
