The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, design menus, and ensure food safety and quality. Responsibilities include developing new recipes, managing inventory, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and overseeing meal preparation. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen management and culinary arts Expertise in menu planning and recipe development Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
