Sous Chef – Continental Cuisine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing Continental dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff for consistent food standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Control food costs, portioning, and inventory management.
  • Support menu innovation and special promotions.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Continental cuisine.

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work across multiple outlet locations as required.
