As a Sous Chef specializing in Continental Cuisine at Pyramid Caf Lounge & Bar, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Corporate Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring menu execution, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing kitchen operations under the guidance of the Corporate Chef/Corporate Manager. - Creatively and consistently preparing and executing Continental dishes. - Training and developing kitchen staff to maintain performance standards. - Ensuring adherence to kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols. - Assisting in menu planning, food costing, and implementing standard recipes. - Managing inventory levels and optimizing raw material usage. - Collaborating with the service and management team for seamless operations. - Ensuring that food quality and presentation align with brand standards. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts. - Proficiency in Continental cuisine and modern plating techniques. - Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Creativity, discipline, and a focus on quality. - Experience handling multi-outlet operations with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in a reputable restaurant, lounge, or hospitality group.
