Overview

As a Sourcing Analyst II, you will deliver strategic recruiting support to onshore recruiters while managing relationships with candidates and stakeholders. This role requires expertise in both short-term and long-term recruitment projects, with a focus on meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

  • Review resumes and applications for the supported projects.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' qualifications if they are fit for the role.
  • Schedule candidates to exams.
  • Implement and manage email campaigns to engage potential internal candidates.
  • Send SMS communications to candidates to inform them of any pending steps they need to complete
  • Answer candidate queries about their applications.
  • Tracking and updating of candidate profiles and information accuracy & attention to detail are crucial for the role.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing several mailboxes
  • Requesting, reviewing and adjudicating background checks
  • Participating in internal and external process audits
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks

Required skills + qualities (technical):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Very good English – spoken & written
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven success in maintaining a high level of data integrity
  • Able to manage escalations
  • Solid experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources or recruitment
