Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Officer. The position is based in Varanasi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sourcing Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, identifying hiring requirements, recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the overall talent acquisition process. The role will require strong coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and effective sourcing.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with internal teams, candidates, and recruitment partners
• Proficiency in Job Description Development and identifying hiring requirements
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
• Demonstrated ability in Recruiting and talent acquisition activities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
