What You Will Do:

• Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), i-CPs, RCPs, brokers, and other sourcing partners.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities through effective networking and local market connections.
• Plan and execute sourcing strategies to achieve project sales targets.
• Ensure consistent engagement and timely motivation of the sourcing team and channel partners.
• Monitor the performance of sourcing partners and implement improvement strategies where required.
• Conduct regular meetings, events, and training sessions for CPs to enhance productivity and brand awareness.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the Thane, Thane Suburbs, and MMR region.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.
• Prepare periodic reports on sourcing performance, lead generation, and CP activity.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2+years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, preferably with a Developer, Lobby, or Mandate firm.
• Strong network and workingknowledge of Thane, Thane Suburbs, and the MMR region.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
