About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Channel & Developer Sourcing Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting channel partners to onboard drive sales Pyramids Properties.

Key Responsibilities Requirements:

• Meeting Channel Partners (C.P.) regularly

• Retaining existing C.P. relationships

• Sourcing & connecting with new Channel Partners

• Generating leads and business through C.P. networks

• Scheduling and executing C.P. activities

• Arranging and managing C.P. events

• Targeting and ensuring C.P. attendance for events

• Maintaining strong, on-field relationships with Channel Partners

• Sharing day-to-day project updates with C.P.

• Motivating C.P. to initiate and increase business activity

• Identifying and analysing issues faced by C.P. related to the project and resolving them effectively

• Acting as a connecting link between clients and C.P. to close deals successfully
