Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Analyst to join our Jewelry ISCM division at Titan Company Limited. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle, Excel proficiency, and extensive experience in report generation and data analytics to support our operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Oracle systems to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various reports and analytical outputs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in report generation, data analysis, and interpretation within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the jewelry industry or supply chain management is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Power Point and Canva presentations making abilities would be given preference.
