Sourcing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Executive to join our real estate team. This is a field role focused on sourcing commercial properties, building relationships with property owners, and onboarding inventory suitable for B2B real estate requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet property owners and collect detailed property data.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
• Verify documents and ensure accurate information collection for listings.
• Collaborate with internal sales and legal teams to facilitate property onboarding.
• Regularly update CRM or internal systems with property details and sourcing activity.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing insights.
• Attend site visits with prospective clients when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience in real estate sourcing or a field sales role (B2B preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of local property laws and documentation process.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial real estate or B2B leasing.
• Local area knowledge and a good network in the real estate ecosystem.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for field visits).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
