The United Real Estate Advisory is a growing real estate services company specializing in Exclusive Project Sole Selling. We handle project mandates across Mumbai, Central Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sourcing & Closing Manager. The Sourcing & Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the entire process from sourcing potential clients to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients and opportunities, managing funding and loan processes, handling mortgage lending, and ensuring successful sales and closings.

Qualifications

Experience in Closings and Sales
Knowledge of Funding and Loans processes
Capability in Mortgage Lending
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in real estate or a related field
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
