Sourcing & Closing Manager (Real Estate) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional responsible for sourcing qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving successful deal closures for our real estate projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Source potential buyers through field visits, channel partners, referrals, and digital leads. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with interested clients. Maintain strong relationships with CPs (Channel Partners) and onboard new partners regularly. Negotiate with customers and ensure timely closure of bookings. Update and manage leads through CRM and maintain daily activity reports. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for offers, project updates, and client requirements. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
