Role Overview

Sourcing & Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and activate a strong network of
channel partners and local brokers
.
Handle end-to-end closures including lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and final bookings.
Convert sourced inventory and qualified leads into successful closures.
Maintain accurate sourcing trackers, client data, and MIS using Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and post-booking processes.
Achieve monthly sourcing and closure targets while maintaining quality standards.
Perform effectively under
high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in
real estate sourcing and/or closing
(residential).
Strong
Bavdhan micro-market knowledge
is mandatory.
Established channel partner connect in West Pune.
Strong negotiation, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and manage
high lead volumes and pressure situations
.
Proficiency in Excel and basic MIS reporting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
