Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Assistant located in Chennai. The Sourcing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the procurement team, conducting market research, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing procurement data, communicating with vendors, and organizing procurement documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Procurement experience and understanding of supply chain processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
