Sourcing Assistant

Key responsibilities:

1.Manage daily nanny schedules, attendance, and issue resolution
Ensure training, conduct checks, and quality standardsHandle escalation coming from clients or operations2. Client Success ExecutivesOnboard new families, understand requirements, and match caregiversMaintain client relationships, handle queries, ensure 5-star serviceCollect feedback, push renewals, and support upsells/cross-sells3. Social Media Lead-Gen ExecutiveCreate and post contentRun DM funnels, respond to inquiries, and convert leads to callsTrack metrics weekly (reach, CTR, inquiries, conversion to calls)4. Hospital Outreach ExecutiveVisit hospitals, nursing homes, and maternity centers regularlyBuild relationships with doctors, nurses, and administratorsCollect referrals, place posters/leaflets, and generate partnership leads

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,493.49 - ₹15,000.00 per month
