Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Assistant located in Chennai. The Sourcing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the procurement team, conducting market research, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing procurement data, communicating with vendors, and organizing procurement documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within the team. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Effective Organization Skills and attention to detail Procurement experience and understanding of supply chain processes Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
