Sourcing Analyst II

As a Sourcing Analyst II in the TIAI - GenAI Crowdsourcing department at TELUS, your role involves delivering strategic recruiting support to onshore recruiters and managing relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Your expertise in both short-term and long-term recruitment projects will be crucial for meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review resumes and applications for the supported projects. - Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates" qualifications for role fit. - Schedule candidates for exams. - Implement and manage email campaigns to engage potential internal candidates. - Send SMS communications to candidates regarding pending steps. - Answer candidate queries about their applications. - Track and update candidate profiles with accuracy and attention to detail. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates. - Manage several mailboxes. - Request, review, and adjudicate background checks. - Participate in internal and external process audits. - Assist in other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. - Proactive and positive approach to work. - Attention to detail and data integrity. - Ability to manage escalations effectively. - Solid experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources or recruitment.
