Sourcing Analyst II

As a Sourcing Analyst II in the TIAI - GenAI Crowdsourcing department, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic recruiting support to onshore recruiters and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You will be involved in both short-term and long-term recruitment projects, ensuring that hiring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Your duties will include reviewing resumes and applications for supported projects, conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates" qualifications, and scheduling candidates for exams. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing email campaigns to engage potential internal candidates, sending SMS communications to inform candidates of pending steps, and addressing candidate queries about their applications. Attention to detail is crucial as you track and update candidate profiles and information. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential. A proactive and positive approach, along with a high level of data integrity and the ability to manage escalations, will contribute to your success. Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources or recruitment, is preferred.
