As a Solutions Specialist in the Metals vertical at Infinite Uptime Process Division, you will play a crucial role in driving process reliability and operational excellence for manufacturers in the steel, aluminum, and broader metals industries. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging with plant and business leaders to identify challenges related to throughput, yield, product quality, downtime, and energy efficiency. - Developing and presenting customized solution proposals using Infinite Uptime's Outcome-Driven Reliability (ODR) platform to achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes. - Collaborating with Sales, COE, and Engineering teams to create compelling business cases, ROI models, and customer-ready narratives. - Conducting plant walkthroughs, detailed process assessments, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities to showcase value and expedite conversions. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 10-12 years of experience in the metals sector, preferably in steel, aluminum, or related manufacturing operations. - Strong expertise in processes such as rolling, casting, finishing, and process reliability enhancement. - 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing positions within the manufacturing or industrial digital solutions domain. - In-depth industry knowledge, a robust customer network, and the ability to communicate the value of processes in terms of clear business impacts. - Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
