Role Overview: The Solution Consulting team at ZoomInfo is comprised of solution experts focused on enabling customers and prospects to maximize the value they get out of the solutions. You will be a problem solver and strategic thinker obsessed with making customers successful. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams to drive value for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with AEs and AMs to discover customer needs and design solutions to solve complex customer challenges - Articulate solution capabilities through demonstrations aligned with customer needs and value - Lead the technical aspects of solutions and customer evaluations, ensuring a memorable experience and delivering value for the technical win - Track and raise feature requests, collaborating with product management and engineering teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's in Science or Engineering - 3 to 5 years of experience in presales solution consulting or technical sales in SaaS or enterprise technology - Mandatory shift timing: 5 PM to 2 AM IST - Self-starter and team player excelling in an unstructured environment - Customer-obsessed mindset with strong problem-solving skills using technology solutions - Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Experience with technical business documentation - Previous experience designing solutions in a platform/multi-product environment - Experience with Demo2Win and Value Selling Methodologies - Experience selling into various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Data Ops, etc. - Experience in selling SAAS sales or marketing technology platforms with numerous use cases - Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation systems Note: ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) is the Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform that empowers businesses to grow faster with AI-ready insights, trusted data, and advanced automation.
