Description
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect at KPMG India, with over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and communicating technical and functional architectures for ServiceNow implementations. Your responsibilities involve collaborating with the sales team, potential clients, and internal teams to offer technical expertise, customized solutions, and thought leadership to drive business outcomes. Your in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its integration with clients" business processes will be essential in shaping successful implementations. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with clients to comprehend their requirements and business challenges, serving as the key technical point of contact during the presales process, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight ServiceNow's capabilities. You will lead workshops and discovery sessions to document and analyze client needs, providing strategic advice on digital transformation and IT service management solutions. In terms of solution design and architecture, you will be tasked with designing high-level ServiceNow solutions that align with client objectives, developing solution architectures, and proposing integration strategies, data flow diagrams, and customization options. Additionally, you will create and document solution proposals, collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical roadmaps, and assist in bid-related activities such as responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating proof of concepts (POCs). Collaboration and knowledge sharing are vital aspects of this role, where you will work closely with the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions align with clients" long-term vision and share industry knowledge and insights with internal teams. Stakeholder management is also key, as you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations and serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow and related technologies. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, along with a minimum of 9+ years of IT services experience, including at least 3 years in a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar role. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and client-facing skills are essential, along with technical expertise in IT service management processes, cloud architecture, and web technologies. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required, with additional certifications like ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) considered a plus.
