Job Description

As a Data Architect at Searce, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business leads, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to develop data products that drive better decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Proposing architectural solutions for migrating and enhancing data from on-premise to the cloud. - Strategizing the migration of client data using GCP or AWS effectively. - Providing advisory and thought leadership on analytics environments utilizing Cloud-based platforms and big data technologies. - Designing and implementing scalable data architectures leveraging technologies like Big Query, Hadoop, NoSQL, etc. - Creating data access patterns for various workloads across Cloud-based platforms. - Developing information solutions covering data security, privacy, governance, metadata management, and more. - Delivering customer Cloud Strategies aligned with their business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Conducting Data modeling and implementing modern data warehouses for digital natives using technologies like Redshift, BigQuery, etc. - Analyzing requirements and migrating customers from legacy systems to Cloud data warehouses. - Identifying niche opportunities within the data framework and leading client discussions to showcase capabilities and solutions. - Managing a team and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. - Over 8 years of experience in building and designing data pipelines for Batch/Streaming data. - Experience with cloud technologies like EMR, Lambda, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, etc. - Hands-on experience with open-source software platforms and languages. - Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and working closely with Data Scientists and business users. - Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills. - Prior experience in recruitment, training, and leadership. - Certifications in GCP and/or AWS (professional level) would be advantageous. - Contributions to the tech community through blogs, forums like Stack Overflow, etc.,
