Job Description & Requirements

The EAM Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure robust, scalable, and integrated EAM platforms (IBM Maximo or Anacle Simplicity) aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives. Asset Management product experience and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. He must be comfortable leading design workshops and writing high-quality documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in the IT industry
• At least 5 years of experience in working with Asset management solutions like Maximo or Anacle Simplicity only.
• Must have completed at least two (2) end to end project implementation of EAM solution like Maximo or Anacle Simplicity.
• Certifications / training in Maximo or any EAM solution is preferred.
• Good knowledge of asset management process and practice in asset intensive industries.
• Good presentation skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment
