Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Arcesium, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to execute cross-cutting solutions that integrate and scale the Arcesium technology platform. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, building relationships with stakeholders, managing risks, recommending process improvements, and mentoring peers. You will play a crucial part in helping Arcesium achieve its strategic goals and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the capabilities of the Arcesium technology platform and design and implement solutions for integration and scalability - Establish a collaboration framework for internal teams to propose, communicate, and execute critical technology initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from Engineering and Product organizations - Prepare annual R&D programs with senior management and report progress with value-adding milestones - Proactively manage risks and use metrics to drive projects forward while escalating risks to stakeholders - Recommend process improvements to support growth and internal goals - Communicate with stakeholders, prepare project plans and release notes, and conduct governance meetings - Teach and mentor project management skills to peers, fostering redundancy in the team Qualifications Required: - Formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 7-10 years of experience in building technology solutions - Good understanding of distributed systems architecture, cloud development, API integrations, and DevOps philosophy, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes - Programming experience in Python/Java or similar languages - Familiarity with working in distributed teams using Agile and Kanban methodologies - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms - Proficiency in Project Management and Communication tools - Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, and openness to exploring different tools, technologies, and concepts - Self-motivated with independent thinking capabilities while being a collaborative team player,
