Role Overview
The Solutioning Specialist will be responsible for translating business and client requirements into detailed workflows, product documents, and presentation decks. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work across internal teams (tech, data, marketing) and external banking stakeholders.They will drive 
solution design, requirement drafting, product positioning, and demo preparation
 across multiple fintech projects with top banks (IndusInd, Yes Bank, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Translation
- Understand business objectives, client requirements, and pain points. 
- Translate them into structured workflows, journey maps, and solution documents. 
- Work closely with client teams to capture specifications accurately. 
- Solution Design & Documentation
- Create detailed solution notes, BRDs, SRS, and functional specifications. 
- Prepare high-quality presentations and proposal decks for client discussions. 
- Collaborate with tech and data teams to validate feasibility and timelines. 
- Demo & Prototype Development
- Build demo flows (voice bot, AI bot, CPaaS, CRM, etc.) for client meetings. 
- Coordinate with the product and tech teams to simulate end-to-end journeys. 
- Continuously improve demos based on client feedback and performance. 
- Client & Internal Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact between product, sales, and marketing teams for solutioning discussions. 
- Work with data teams for insights, base preparation, and reporting alignment. 
- Collaborate with marketing for content alignment on solution decks and campaigns. 
- Strategic Support
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities for new products and bank pitches. 
- Maintain repository of all solution documents, templates, and client decks. 
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement within existing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 710 years of experience in product, solutioning, or pre-sales roles within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS. 
- Strong understanding of digital banking journeys, CPaaS, AI/ML-based solutions, CRM systems, and campaign platforms. 
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. 
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. 
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, or journey mapping tools. 
- Prior experience with banking clients preferred.
