Solution Specialist ||

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Solution Specialist Business Acquiring. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Regional Manager.

In your role you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by working closely with our Partner Banks to strengthen our existing network and secure new opportunities.

You will own a gathering of requirements of merchants and crafting unique value propositions along with the partner banks.

You will undertake business discussions and plan the pipeline as well by understanding latest trends.

THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.

• Strengthen Relationships with Partner Banks: Deepen engagement with local bank branches and key individuals of the bank
• Regular Engagement: Be on the field each day, visit partners and plan joint market activities.
• Solution Crafting: Use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions as per the requirements shared by the bank partners.
• Prospecting and Closing Deals: Follow up on the opportunities discovered to ensure timely closure.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve our products.
• Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for bank communication, acquiring, onboarding merchants, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.

WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE

Experience & Portfolio

• 2 to 6 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role/banking partnerships.
• MBA in Marketing, Masters (Engineering/Commerce/Scienc e), BE/B-tech.

Technical Skills & Efficiency

• Front Line Retail Sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick-Commerce, ECommerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred.
• Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary.
