Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Solution Supply Chain in the country, which includes Sourcing/Purchasing, Planning & Logistics. This involves handling both Intra Group (IG) and Outside Group (OG) procurement activities. Your main objective will be to drive the performance of the Supply Chain organization for Project execution centers, Application Centers, and Service Operations in the country to enable profitable project and service business growth. As a key member of the validation process, you will define the Supply Chain strategy, align it with the business, and focus on strategic deliverables to enhance efficiency and consistency. Your role will also involve securing project supply chain risk assessment and mitigation, with a continuous improvement approach to reduce Non-Quality Costs and minimize their impact on customers and the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the Solution business excellence by optimizing the Supply Chain through a Tailored Supply Chain approach and providing purchased goods and services on parameters of cost, time, quality, safety, and sustainability. You are expected to drive innovation, digitization, and maintain a customer-first attitude while ensuring strong purchasing compliance within the zone and entities. Working closely with various teams, you will create optimized purchasing proposals, review and assess risks in the supply chain, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with supply chain involvement. You will also be responsible for creating effective logistics flow design, anticipating and managing impacts of customer changes on supplier delivery, and establishing a lean and optimized supply chain logistics setup within the country. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with services or project experience in supply chain operations within the Project/Solution environment being an added advantage. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proven leadership skills in a Project context. Additionally, change management abilities, a process-driven approach, and a continuous improvement mindset are required. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another language will be valuable. A professional Supply Chain certification (CPSM, ISM, etc.) is a plus, and a preferred university Master's degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain & Logistics is desirable.,
