Description
As a candidate for this role, you should have: - 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, automation development, or enterprise system delivery. - Proven ability to identify and develop automation opportunities by analysing business processes and data patterns, applying AI and analytics where valuable. - Expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation solutions, with a strong curiosity for integrating emerging technologies like AI/GenAI. - Strong practical interest and familiarity with GenAI technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LLMs) and a proven appetite for quickly learning and applying new AI capabilities to business problems. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and integration frameworks for secure and connected systems. Knowledge of low-code platforms such as OutSystems, and Microsoft Azure services is an advantage. - Proficiency in Python and C#, with experience developing REST APIs and backend services. - Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure design principles for identity, access, and data protection. - Awareness of AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) and responsible technology use. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for solution deployment and maintenance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business, architecture, and platform teams.
